YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU

The Club has a clash of fixtures on Sunday, 19th May, with the Chester Half Marathon being held on the same day as the first round of the Northern Track & Field League at Witton Park, Blackburn.

CARYS ROBERTS will represent the North West in London later this month.

THIS WEEKEND

The latest round of the Borders Road Running League takes place this Sunday (11am start), hosted by Buckley Runners on a new, accurately measured 5 mile course on the open roads in the Hope/Kinnerton area.
Car Parking, toilets and limited changing facilities are at Hope Leisure Centre. Access is off Fagl Lane, Hope. Further details can be found here.

EIGHT West Cheshire Athletic Club youngsters have contributed towards a North West Championship title.

THIS SATURDAY AND NEXT THURSDAY

There will be no training at the EPSV Track this Saturday (March 23) and on Thursday (March 28), because of the Club Track and Field Trials being held this Saturday (10am-12 noon), and on Thursday, March 28, (6-8pm).

CARYS ROBERTS and Sophie Grainger proved class acts at the English Schools Cross Country Championships.

CLUB TRACK AND FIELD TRIALS

Members can sign up for the events they wish to compete in by adding their name to the A-board which will be positioned in front of the EPSV Track Office during Club training sessions.

CARYS ROBERTS produced a top-20 finish at Loughborough in the UK Inter Counties Cross Country Championships.

NORTHERN ROAD RELAYS INVITE

Ellie Robinson is co-ordinating Club entries for this year’s North of England 12 and 6 Stage Road Relays being held at Birkenhead Park on March 24.
