Six members of West Cheshire AC represented Cheshire at the English Schools’ Cross Country Championships, at Sefton Park, Liverpool where Harry Ellis secured 11th position in the Intermediate Boys race in a time of 20 minutes 20 seconds, ahead of James Ellis (146th in 22:09).Tessa McCormick finished 132nd in 14:44 in the Junior Girls race, ahead of Bryony Archdeacon (292nd in 15:35).
Kate Titlow posted 195th place and clocked 18:50 in the Senior Girls race, and Bradley Edwards secured 239th place in a time of 14:45 for the Junior Boys race.

Micheal Lyness and Tom Booth represented West Cheshire AC in the England Athletics Under 17 Men’s Indoor Combined Events Championships, at Sheffield.Michael finished seventh with 3,452 points, which included a 12m shot put, and Tom, in his first season as an under 17, compiled 2,446 points for 17th position.

WEST CHESHIRE AC secured a hat-trick of team titles and a bag full of medals at the North West Sportshall League Finals at Wigan.The club grabbed glory in the under 13 girls, under 13 and Under 15 boys team events, while the under 11 boys team picked up bronze medals, and the under 11 girls and under 15 girls teams both finished fifth.
