We compete in a variety of disciplines, including track and field, road running, off-road (cross-country, multi-terrain, and fell), in organised leagues, championships and open events mostly around North-west England and North Wales.  We organise several road races and a schools’ cross-country series.

Endurance League
Since 2008, we’ve organised an annual endurance league competition for West Cheshire AC’s senior and veteran runners, based on gaining points for participation in road, cross-country, multi-terrain and fell races over the calendar year, with an emphasis on club events. See here for an explanation of the league, and see near the foot of our archive page for previous years’ standings.

Women’s and men’s endurance league tables as at the end of October 2021 are now available, based on a list of races in which points were gained since the start of 2021. Compare these tables with the women’s and men’s tables at the end of September 2021, to see where you and others gained points in the past month. Given the scarcity of racing opportunities, it is proposed that points gained in 2020 will be rolled over into the final 2021 tables – watch this space for more news.
