TRYING TO STAY FOCUSED
Life has changed so much for us all because of Coronavirus, but
the most important thing is to stay safe, stay healthy, stay upbeat, and to
help one another.
England
Athletics have told all Clubs to suspend all face to face activity such as
club training sessions, events, competitions, club committee and face to face
meetings, athlete camps, running groups, and social events until at least the
end of April.
In a bid to keep everyone at West Cheshire Athletic Club upbeat, I
would like to ask for your contributions for future editions of the Club
Newsletter.
I’m looking for you all to pass on your ideas and initiatives to help everyone stay fit and healthy in these unprecedented times.
Please forward your contributions to me by email:
[email protected]
Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy this issue of the Club Newsletter and
hope you can all play your part in communicating and sharing your thoughts and
ideas during this lull in Club training and competition.
And, our Club Chairman, Jon Clarke, is keen for the Club to help
promote the free of charge Joe Wix Fitness Sessions for Primary and Secondary
School pupils which start at 9am on Monday for a week. The link is here.
CONGRATULATIONS ALICE AND LIAM!
