Press report: Rosemary and Joseph Lead the Way

JOSEPH MORRISON and Rosemary Rodgers celebrated success in the Virtual Wirral Seaside 5km Race.

The West Cheshire Athletic Club members won their respective age group categories in an event that attracted 143 entrants and is normally held at Leasowe.

Morrison clocked 15 minutes 53 seconds to win the senior men’s age group, while Rogers posted 24 minutes 24 seconds for top spot in her over-70 year old age group.
