CLUB PRESENTATION EVENING – TICKETS NOW ON SALE
The West Cheshire AC Annual Presentation Evening will be held on Friday 2nd February at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Chester. Please follow this link to purchase your tickets: https://wcac.niftyentries.com
As well as the annual achievement awards in all age categories, there will be games, a quiz, a raffle with superb prizes, and a hot buffet.
Any raffle prizes that you may wish to donate would be gratefully received, and can be dropped off with club officials at the EPSV Track Container Office on a training night.
Entries are restricted, so donβt miss out!
CLUB AGM
The West Cheshire AC AGM was held on Tuesday 28th November, in the EPSV Trackside Room.
The new Committee is: President, Mike Lamb; Chairman, Brian Wright; Vice-Chairman, Alan Morris; Treasurer, Sarah Hibbert; Secretary, Dennis Wall; Membership Secretary, Jane Pughe; Cross-country Officer, Dave Alexander; Road Race Officer, Emma Nutt; Track & Field Officer, Victor Oyesola; Facilities Officer, Eddie Gore; Welfare Officers, Anna Woolgar and Leanne Wheeler.
There are vacancies for the following posts: Media Officer, and Fundraising Officer. If anyone is interested in filling these roles please contact a committee member ASAP. The next committee meeting will take place on Tuesday 12th December in the EPSV Trackside Room at 8:15pm.
THIS WEEK
Saturday, 2nd December – English Schools Cross-country Cup Final (12:15pm start), at Woodbridge School, Suffolk. IP12 4JH.
Sunday 3rd December – Borders Road Running League Round Three (11am start), at Redwither Business Park, Abbey Road, Wrexham. LL13 9XR.

SATURDAY MORNING
Please note that Club training on Saturday Morning (2nd December) at Ellesmere Port Sports Village Athletics Track will be taking place, weather permitting.
