SATURDAY MORNING
Please note that the club training on Saturday Morning (18th November) at Ellesmere Port Sports Village Athletics Track will be cancelled due to the West Cheshire AC Schools Cross-country Race Series fixture.
Please come along and support the cross-country fixture. Helpers are needed from 8am to set up the course, from 9:30am to help with registration, from 10am to marshal/officiate for the races, and to tidy away after the final race.
DATE FOR YOUR DIARY
The West Cheshire AC Annual Presentation Evening will be held on Friday 2nd February at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Chester. More details will be announced very soon. Meanwhile, if you can provide a raffle prize for the event please email Dennis ASAP at: [email protected]

CLUB AGM
The West Cheshire AC AGM will be held on Tuesday 28th November, in the EPSV Trackside Room, at 8.15pm.
All committee members, including the Chairman and Secretary, are standing down from their positions. Please attend the AGM and play your part to help shape your Club’s future.

CHESTER ROUND THE WALLS RACE
Entries have closed for the Chester Round The Walls Race being held on Boxing Day. There is no waiting list.
Please remember that club members taking part in this event MUST provide a helper on the day to enable the event to happen. If you enter, please email the name(s) of your helper(s) ASAP to Dennis Wall at: [email protected]
CLUB KIT FOR CHRISTMAS
Purple club hoodies have been ordered and should be delivered in the next fortnight, so please look out for details soon.
Meanwhile, club members can also access an online club shop selling a range of items. Please use WCAC2023 as the password.
PLEASE ID CLOTHING WHEN TRAINING AT THE EPSV TRACK
Can parents please write the name of their youngster on any clothing they wear at the EPSV track so that any training tops or coats are identified if left at the site. And all parents/guardians of youngsters attending track training sessions are reminded to collect them from the track, not from the car park. The club wants to ensure everyone stays safe and that every youngster safely leaves every track training session.
We also ask that all youngsters attending track training sessions should bring along warm clothing, preferably waterproofs, hat, gloves, and a bottle of water.
