Press Report: Members Show Endurance
DEBRA BEMAND and Paul Morrison are on target to retain their Endurance Running Competition titles.
The West Cheshire Athletic Club duo won the ladies’ and men’s titles respectively last year in a league competition that has been organised since 2008 based on gaining points for participation in road, cross-country, multi-terrain and fell races over the calendar year, with an emphasis on club events.
Three months into this yearβs Endurance League, and Debra is tied for top spot with Traci Shipley, while Angela Tegg and Anest Muller are in joint third position.
And Paul heads the men’s competition from second-placed Andrew Clague, with Andrew Carter and Michael Young tied for third place.
