GET PREPARED FOR THE TRACK AND FIELD SEASON
Don’t forget it’s the pre-season track and field trials this week. If you can’t make it on Thursday evening or Saturday morning, please check out the open meetings in the fixtures at the foot of this newsletter.

Team managers and coaches need to chart your progress and the trials and open meetings will provide a perfect start for the year ahead.

Important: there’s no training at the track during the trials.
