Four West Cheshire AC members have been crowned North of England champions.Olivia Montez-Brown, Tom Kellett, Kelly Baker, and Amy Williams all secured victories at the Northern Athletics Track and Field Championships staged at Leigh Sports Village.
Olivia, from Ellesmere Port, negotiated the under 15 girls 75m hurdles in a winning time of 11.66 seconds after qualifying with a winning heat time of 12.14 seconds.
And the multi-talented youngster added a bronze medal from her long jump appearance with a leap of 4.93m.
Tom Kellett, from Malpas, powered his way to victory in the under 15 boys hammer competition with a winning throw of 35.22m. which is also a new club record.
Kelly Baker, from Ellesmere Port, nailed a winning put of 11.70m to claim the under 15 girls shot title, after finishing fourth in the discus with a throw of 25.79m.
And Amy Williams, from Chester, continued her memorable season by grabbing success from the under 15 girls long jump with a winning leap of 5.14m.
Amy had broken the 20-year long jump record at the Cheshire Championships earlier in the month on her way to pocketing five gold medals at the two-day county event.
Victoria Anderson cleared 1-65m for a bronze medal in the under 17 womens high jump, just five centimetres ahead of West Cheshire ACs Alice Jennings in fourth spot.
And Victoria finished fourth in the long jump event with 4.91m.
Alice Jennings claimed fourth position in the under 17 womens 300m hurdles final with a time of 46.85 seconds, just two positions ahead of club mate, Gemma Hale, who posted 49.16 seconds.
And Alice also finished sixth with a time of 12.66 seconds in the under 17 womens 80m hurdles final.
Stephen Jones clocked 23.48 seconds for sixth position in the under 17 mens 200m final.
And Leah Ferrie qualified for the under 17 womens 300m final with a time of 42.67 seconds, but did not start in the final.
