WCAC Endurance League
Angela, Ellie and Clare all keeping their distance from one another in the women’s competition, while the two Andys still have 11-point buffers over each other and the rest of the men’s field. Only four points separate the next five men. All to play for as a double header weekend approaches: cross-country at Manchester and Wrexham, and a little matter of a local road running league even closer to home. Borders League, New Brighton ( assumed to be 5 miles) : 10 out of 23 senior/vet males : Bob Little, Andy Carter, Tom Cable, John Parlevliet, Chris Palmer, Danny Paddock, Julian Tegg, Neil Field, Mark Gallagher, Adam Poole. Also 5 out of the 7 females: Keely Smith, Ellie Robinson, Debra Bemand, Angela Tegg, Ellen McMahon.
Manchester Half Marathon : Jack Gannon and Steve Fernyhough.
