A new event for 2015: Spartan Ten Thousand 10k trail race, Bank Holiday Monday 4th May 12:30, from Manley Village Hall. First and last km on closed roads, the rest on fire tracks and single file packed earth trails. Free admission to Manley Village Spring Fair for runners and their children. Sidney finished 2nd in the Inter Girls Shot final today, throwing a huge new PB of 14.73m (previously Sidney’s PB was 12.97m)!!
