Cheshire County Sports Club, Upton, Chester
Cheshire County Sports Club, also known as the Cheshire County Officers Sports Club, Upton-by-Chester CH2 1PR, is located in Plas Newton Lane near to the junction with the A41. Meet in the foyer and speak to Chris Rhodes .
This is a Tuesday evening session that departs 6:30 pm.
Changing and showering facilities are available. However, to use these you must join the Cheshire County Sports Club at a nominal cost, please enquire at the club reception.
Training runs are approximately 90 minutes of fartlek: steady running at around 8 minutes per mile interspersed with faster efforts.
There are two seasonal series of sessions; we are presently on Winter Sessions.
All routes are between 9 and 11 miles, meet at Cheshire County Sports Club at 6.20pm to leave at 6.30pm.
