Cheshire County Sports Club (Upton Chester)
Cheshire County Sports Club, also known as the Cheshire County Officers Sports Club, CH2 1PR, is located in Plas Newton Lane near to the junction with the A41. Meet in the foyer and contact Chris Rhodes
This is a Tuesday evening session that departs 6:30 pm
- Changing and showering facilities available however, to use these you must join the Cheshire County Sports Club at a nominal cost, please enquire at the Club reception.
- The Training session is approximately 90 minutes of Fartlek with recovery rates of around 8 minutes per mile.
- There are 2 seasonal series of sessions; we are presently on Summer sessions.
All routes are between 9 and 11 miles, meet at Cheshire County Sports Club at 6.20pm to leave at 6.30pm.
